For non-local customers:
DOA's must be reported 1 hour within delivery. Pictures also must be supplied of the dead livestock.
If your DOA is qualified we will reship it at no charge to you. (We only offer DOA replacement with UPS or FedEx overnight shipments.)
We do not accept returns on livestock. Dry good returns must be returned new within 30 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned. Damaged items caused by shipping must be claimed with the shipping company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
